🏆 Last One Standing

The whole room enters, the doors lock, and the questions get harder every round — 90% of people get the first one, 1% get the last. Answer wrong and you're out. Everyone has one pass. It runs until one person is left standing.

🎤 How to host it

  1. Create a game from /lastqueen, then load a question pack — a built-in starter, an AI-generated set, one you wrote in the admin Question Bank, or a JSON question-set file uploaded straight into the console (multiple-choice or type-in, with pictures if you want). Order them so they get harder as they go.
  2. Contestants join with their names. When you're ready, LOCK THE DOORS — after that nobody else can get in.
  3. Ask each question in turn. They get harder as you go (90% of people get the first one, 1% get the last).
  4. Answers lock when the clock runs out. Check the marking — you can overrule any answer by hand before you reveal, so a typo doesn't knock somebody out of the running.
  5. Reveal: anyone wrong is eliminated, unless they spent their one pass. Keep going until you declare whoever's left standing the winner.

📱 How your room plays it

  1. Scan the QR and put your name in BEFORE the host locks the doors — once they're shut, you're not getting in.
  2. Answer each question on your phone: tap an option, or type your answer.
  3. The questions get harder as you go. Get one wrong and you're out.
  4. You get ONE pass for the whole game. Spend it on a question you don't know and you survive it, right or wrong.
  5. Last one standing wins.
